Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Regina by Jack Nathan Health

Had a minor emergency on March 3/22 and have never been to any walk-in clinics in Regina before. From start to finish it was 30 mins and I was done my medical appointment at this location. The front desk staff were excellent and very polite and respectful and courteous and the attending physician, Dr Anigboro was right to the point, no nonsense doctor and knew the problem right away and the treatment to prescribe and I'm happy to say that all is well again and highly recommend this medical clinic for sure. Thank you for everything.

Went in for a possibly dislocated shoulder, doctor had received reports on 23 october from imaging centre and I still did not receive a call from the clinic on 3 November because the doctor “did not think it was anything serious”. My pain has increased in the days that have passed and still the doctor did not bother to at the very least offer to call back with the results of the report. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend to anyone else in pain.

Dr Golubovic is wonderful, he has gone above and beyond for me many times. Always professional and courteous, understands that I have limited availability to come in from out of town for appointments so has scheduled phone appointments from time to time to alleviate stress of getting to the city. The receptionist is just AWFUL. I have repeatedly had issues getting her to do a simple task of leaving a requisition for refills, she seems to think she is some kind of gatekeeper. I had no idea she went to Med School and took the Pharm D course just to become a receptionist...She refuses to entertain that regular meds can cause issues when not taken, just repeats over and over that an appointment in a week is not a good enough reason to put a simple requisition for refills on the Drs. desk. I'd say stick to the day job, but she's awful at answering phones too so I'm not sure what to say. They seriously need to explain to the staff in this clinic that they are just receptionists, they are not decision makers and they sure as anything should not be refusing to pass on simple messages between patient and Doctor.

Rude reception staff. The doctor asked my son to take X ray and then come back to check his results but when we went back to meet the doctor the receptionist said we must have an appointment just one hour after finishing the x ray check back. It’s unbelievable why they didn’t ask the doctor’s suggestion first. My son was broken arm I have no extra time to ague with the two rude receptionist. Finally we went to emergency and did the x ray again wasted lots of my time.

I went on Saturday Oct15, 2022 as Walk in patient. I waited there more than 2:30min to get my turn. Only one doctor was available to check patients. Very bad management ignoring people valuable time spent in waiting. It's not the first time I am facing this at this clinic.

Brutal. 2 hour wait for the doctor too be too busy to even look at my son. Rude desk staff and apathetic doctors. Would definitely recommend going somewhere else. 0 stars is what this mess of a clinic deserves.

Doctors seem to be late and low staff , very slow service . Only come here if you have nothing else to do all day . Good place to sit in waiting room full of silence . No one will disturb you while on phone

Terrible place. My 4 year is severely sick and we had an appointment at 430. Was told to wait 30 minutes and they allowed everyone else to see the doctor before us. Still sitting here 45 min later with a sick toddler who has a fever and apparently she is not important enough.

When we went to purchase a mask for 1$ each, which isn't advertised at their clinic, so I guess it's an under the table deal that someone pockets. The receptionist said "You were here yesterday don't you know the mandatory mask rule" to which my wife politely replied, I did walk in with one but my 2 year old just ripped it apart. The audacity this person has to talk in such a tone and the choice of her stupid words make her a rude person. You see a child don't you know how children behave. And yes, they had to be told by us and multiple other people to wear the face mask right above the nose as well.

The service given by the clinic was terrible. I have made an appointment 4 days before and I went for the appointment today. But when I went there, the front desk lady said there is no appointment for me. They don’t have a proper system to manage the patients appointments. At least they would send the confirmation of appointment through a text message. Bad service!
