Terrible customer service. You'll wait for 20-30 min just for someone to answer the phone. Their new "online booking" is a joke - they don't receive them half of the time. Waited until 3:30 the other day to hear about the online appointment I had booked so I eventually called - they said they hadn't received it and booked me in for the following day. Then, I get an e-mail saying my appointment for today was confirmed - only 10 minutes prior to the appointment! So, I rush there, and they tell me I am an hour late for my appointment. (which, I wasn't) Tell the doctor about pains or your medical problems - they just fork out their prescription pad for pain killers and Naproxin, instead of trying to figure out the route of the problem. Sure, pain killers solve back pains - until the prescription is gone, then you're back to where you started... Rude receptionists and rude doctors.

My Doctor left this clinic and I was not contacted. Found out on my own after lab work for a chronic condition was refused. Not only was I left on my own to find a new Doctor, they are holding my records hostage until I pay them 45.00. Avoid this clinic.

It's pretty evident from the reviews that the front end staff are rude. This is correct. My biggest issue is that "referrals" never seem to get to specialists, and after you have already waited several months, and you follow up to see where you are in the queue, the specialists inform you that a referral has not been received. This has happened three times, so it is not just a one time issue. This is ridiculous.

Took over an hour to speak to a doctor. I had some questions and also went in there because of an ear infection. Doctor seemed annoyed, never made eye contact or answered my questions just told me to take advil and opened the door for me to leave. I have been here at least 4 times and every single time i have had a bad experience will definitely be looking for somewhere else to go to now.

This clinic has always been wonderful to me. The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. And I've never had to wait long considering it's a walk in. Really clean great clinic so glad I found it.
