I have had many issues with this pharmacy they have been very negligent lately. The other day I requested a refill and then I get a notification saying my medication is ready so I go on the app and look and I’m glad I did, they filled a prescription for the same medication but at a dose that has never been prescribed. I call and ask about it and they say that I’m out of refills and will have to call the doctor, I’m still confused at this point and asked why they would take it upon themselves to refill the prescription but at a dose that was never prescribed and got told again that I need to have a new prescription sent in so I asked once again and the technician couldn’t answer why they are filling prescriptions that they were never sent. I then find out from my providers office that there is 4 refills left on this medication they are telling me there is no refills on. Then today one of my medications on the app says has been delayed for a couple days due to insurance issue now so I call to see what’s going on with that and the pharmacy technician said the insurance was requesting a diagnostic code which I was confused by because they haven’t needed that before for this medication. So I call the insurance company and ask why they are needing a diagnostic code all of a sudden and they didn’t know what I was talking about so I was transferred to a supervisor and she said that she did a test run and it said it would be going through with no issues and told me what my co pay would be. She then told me that no pharmacy has even ran it through insurance since earlier last month. Not sure why a pharmacy would be making up false information when really they just didn’t bother to bill insurance and never contacted them on this issue. Then with filling a prescription that wasn’t prescribed, very dangerous. I also have canceled several medications probably about a week ago now and they keep sending me notifications and automated calls saying those medications are ready for pickup. Very disappointed with this pharmacy.

I normally have an average experience at walgreens. This one however, the chick at the window was very put out with the fact she had to do her job, then gives me wrong needles for my prescription, I suspect it was intentionally done but can't prove it. They were 4 times thicker than needed like I was shooting maple syrup or something! Walgreens is really going down the drain! Guess it fits with the rest of American healthcare!

If I order my medication online they never receive the order but if I call I get hung up on before I even talk to someone. I wouldn’t mind waiting on hold if it weren’t for the fact they always hang up. I don’t feel that it’s practical to have to go to Walgreens to order medication and go back 3 hours later to pick it up. I asked if there’s a solution to this problem or another way to order my medication that they would actually receive and work on my medication refill and they said that it’s corporate that is in control of it not them.

Over 1 hour 59 minute hold time.nNeeded to see if my RX was filled and what the brand name was they filled. They said your RX will be whatever we have available. I said no that didn't answer my question. Then put me on hold again for 20 minutes. I stayed on the line because I waited long enough. And then they want to rush you off the phone. That's wrong of them. Very rude. Long wait times on the phone. In the store. And slow at window pick up. Don't they read their reviews? They are can't even see what I'm typing. Walgreens can fold up anytime. I hate going there. Very slow. Don't waste your time. Go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. I was buying some hair products, they said buy one and get one 50% off and I didn’t notice it was with the rewards program they have the one that you have to put your phone number When I came up to the register the associate didn’t say Hi, ringed up all the products and charged me the normal price. I asked why and she told me it was because I didn’t use my reward number. I know it was my fault, but she treated me so badly and didn’t seem willing to help me that I just payed for it. But yeah Walgreens on Marinette, WIypu should really hire some new people and work on that customer service and thank more about you rewards program.
