I was in the store about 3 weeks ago took my zippered hoody off to try on something threw it over the big briwn cabinet at back of store by the clothing and forgot it I called immediately on Monday Spoke with the manager told her my story. She said she would look into it and call me back. She never called me back. I called the next day and she said no, never found it I said could you check your cameras which she said they could do long story short I know it couldn't have sold in 1 day there would be no price tag on it if she cleaned the store at night which she said she did would have found it.nShe was not very pleasant nor helpful!!nVery disappointed in her customer service
Prices are far too high for a thrift store. I understand overhead but most items in your shop were way overpriced! Yikes.
Managers buy product right off truck to get all the good stuff. Employees pick through donations out side to get first picks. Food is sub parb and barely edible. Wonder where the money goes.Vintnage items marked with ridiculously high prices. Everything else junky and smelly. Say they are behind to get their donations on floor. Too busy on eBay pricing up the good stuff. Is this a thrift store for the poor or a store for the employees?
$70 for some bowls. $99 for a formal dress. You are a thrift store, everything is donated for free. This is not a resale shop. Stop looking things up on ebay. On another note, I have a dust allergy that doesn't usually spark up unless a place is bad... my body started flaring after being here for less than 10 minutes. I know it's an old building, and it's a thrift shop, but the place doesn't need to be so dirty.
It used to be the place to find good clothes, and home goods for cheap but now everything is priced a few dollars lower than a new one
