Our family shopped at Drees Electric for years, until my aunt had an issue with Tom honoring a warranty on a TV about a year ago. You draged your feet for about two months on fixing what should have been a simple warranty issue and at one point told her it was a "throw away tv". To make a long story short we all go to Gendron's now.

Very satisfied with both my washing machine and the customer service I received. Tom was very easy to work with and addressed any concerns I had immediately. Would definitely buy from Drees in the future.
