Always very friendly customer service, many seem to remember us, it feels like family.nnVery special dedication to helping us with printing out photos from our phones.nnEasy in and out… or relaxing shopping for needed items.nnDrive through… very convenient when needing meds.

Over recent weeks I've filled multiple prescriptions at Walgreens. Each time the pharmacy team treats me with kindness and professionalism. They go out of their way to help me, even providing part of my prescription when the full amount of medicine is not available.

Pharmacy were unreasonably very expensive and they were rude to me when they lost an order of mine from a transfer from another pharmacy. They didnt seem to care or give me a suggestion to contact my doctor. Yes i did verify with my beloved fairview pharmacy in andover. Only reason i switched was to save money cause one of my medications was expensive and wanted a cheaper price simce i no lomger have insurance.

I have been going to the pharmacy and this Walgreens for over 10 years and today they wouldn't take a fax copy from my doctor for my Rx. They then had the audacity to hang up on me and treat my doctor and their staff with total disrespect. They have lost my business both in pharmacy and in retail for good. It's ureal that they don't even know the laws and lost out of thousands of dollars of spend over a silly little thyroid pill. Too bad!

The 2 workers who helped me were super nice and patient! One took my passport photo and was very kind through the whole process and talked me through how they were making sure the photo would be accepted when sent in!
