When placing a large order in deli for a gathering don't expect them to give you an exact date when it will be ready. They take their time making whatever it is you ordered. They may call a week or 2 weeks later saying it's ready. Was going to order my son's graduation party food from here but I can't trust this deli. They make you feel like it's an inconvenience when you call to place and order for something. Very disappointed they used to provide great customer service

A dark haired lady was the one closest to the coffee machine looked at me waiting to be served and completely ignored me. I guess the customer is a inconvenience.

The quality of produce has dropped MASSIVELY over the past year. Red grapes, lettuce and others were rotted right in the display three weeks ago, and my hubby just bought these red potatoes TODAY. If I were you, I’d not waste my time here and go to Festive Foods a couple miles down the road. Or just go to a big box store like Walmart or Target.nnI’m actually angry that we spent money on this, and if you look at my past reviews on places, I don’t normally get angry about these things.

The managers will walk up to you and yell at you to train their employees while treating you like you are less than human. I have never been treated with so much disrespect while being a customer at any store. And since when is it a customer’s job to train your employees? Never go to this store

Be VERY careful to double check the expiration date on EVERYTHING. Went to this location a week ago and saw an endcap in their cold section that had several containers of sour cream that had been expired for over a WEEK, bought some gatorade only to find out it expired back in DECEMBER 2024. Andover County Market needs to start doing better at maintaining quality and freshness of their stock.
