Wakoya sushi

Sushi was okay fresh but portion on the smaller size for the price. I went for Korean dishes and was told there were multiple items sold out despite it was only 5pm. A bit disappointed. Seating is spacious and has good A/C. Staff could be friendlier though while we paid the bill up at the counter.

We got takeout sushi and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly, pick up was quick, and the food was fresh. I especially liked the yam tempura roll - the tempura was very crisp even after taking it homeRecommended dishes

Good prices for amount and quality of food, especially lunch time specials. Good place to sit down and catch up with some friends. Similar to Naru next door but more of a friendly, chill atmosphere. Would go again for lunchtime sushi

One of my favourite place in the city to get some sushi, also on the plus side they serve excellent Korean food to boot. One of my favourite items has to be their Korean style chicken wings. Atmosphere in the restaurant is very easy going, service can be a but slow at times especially if they're really busy. Overall very good restaurant.

We always enjoyed going to this restaurant however they got a significant portion of our order wrong and wouldn’t make it right. Disappointed and we will go elsewhere in the future.

Food is excellent, place is clean, staff is incredibly friendly and polite, music isn't too loud, lighting is really nice, and prices are great!

Food is okay. Pathetic customer service. No respect towarrds customers. Recommended only if you have no self respect.

The rolls are nothing short of amazing!! At affordable prices. The relaxed ambiance of the lounge. The staff are sweet and attentive. Would definitely visit again.

I was surprised at how much food was included in my Bento box! I couldn't even finish it; although I really wanted to because it was so delicious. For $20 I got two rolls, a korean dish, a salad and tempura! The restaurant itself was very nice, I think they recently renovated because it looked very modern and hip. A great place to eat in groups as the tables can be easily reconfigured to allow larger parties to sit together.

Completely and totally unimpressed by their lack of time management. I would give 0 stars if I could. I called at 5 pm this evening to place a take out order for 8 pm, and when my husband went to pick it up, at 8 pm, he waited over 15 minutes, to then be told he would have to wait another 10 minutes for his order. Completely unacceptable and beyond unimpressed. No one should have to wait over 25 minutes for their order, regardless of the situation. Especially when your order is called in earlier in the day. On top of our order be extremely late, they also managed to mess up our order too!! Not to mention how expensive the menu is, and how little you get. This restaurant needs to learn how to better manage their orders and if they are going to be so late with an order, perhaps a discount or something for free would make customers less upset. Needless to say the sushi was not much better than supermarket quality. So disappointed by a place that gets such great reviews. Highly doubt we will ever be returning, so beyond disappointed.
