Meiji Sushi Japanese Restaurant & Martini Bar

This is by far the best sushi place in Winnipeg. Big rolls, squishy, lots of fish, not too much rice and everything tastes so fresh. Cozy atmosphere, and our server was spot on.

This low key, slightly hidden spot is to die for. Clean and simple setup. Excellent service. Wide varieties of sushi to choose from. This restaurant is by far one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever been to, hands down. You will definitely get your money’s worth here. I recommend this restaurant to all the sushi lovers out there.

The staff and food are great here. They have "traditional" Japanese seating where you must take your shoes off, which I loved. The cocktails are good and cheap and the food is also good. The lighting is low and the decor is nice which makes for an atmosphere perfect for a date spot. Recommended if you're in the area.

Friendly service with food coming to the table without much wait time at all. The food was so fresh and beautifully presented. Though a couple of us had been there before the majority of our party had not. They all said they're excited to bring friends with them the next time they return. Great evening, thank you!

The sushi was really good. I heard the staff were jerks but no, I enjoyed them. Great staff great food and great price for light eating!
