I have craving for dim sum and my friend recommend this place to me. I went in, I was excited to see so many kinds of dim sum I can buy. The place was very clean and tidy. The price was good and there are many varieties of dim sum. they are very tasty. i recommend this place.
Lots of great quality frozen dim sum options at a good price. Our go to place to buy dim sum when we want to cook it at home instead of going out to a restaurant.
Not the cheapest place but has a better selection and quality than the cheaper stores. Still very affordable prices and worth it. Delicious dim sum, smaller size packages than the cheap bulk stores so great portions for a family of 4! Our family buys from here frequently for ourselves as well as for friends.
Gave Wa Jee a try because we saw a line outside of the store. The dim sum is a bit smaller in size and a bit more pricey. Some items are better than others. The steamed bean curd rolls are the best - good balance of pork and vegetables. The siu mai and har gow are good, but smaller size. The sticky rice in lotus leaf is bland and too little filling compared to the amount of rice. We usually go to Fu Kee and did a comparison of their menu items. I would definitely come back to try other items and 100% pick their bean curd rolls again. Note that the picture shows a mix of items from Wa Jee and Fu Kee.
Very authentic dim-sum. It's nice to be able to have dim-sum whenever we wanted. There are 2 types of dim-sum in need of improvement. and in my opinionboth are too bland and not much filling.
Frozen dimsum came in clutch during this time. The ha gow was really good.
Amazing and delicious dim sum! There is a bit of a line up, so make sure you are dressed warm if you are going in the winter time. One person can come at a time because the space is very tight. It is worth the wait!!
Went to Wa Jee today to pick up some frozen dimsum, it was recommended to us by a friend and my friend was right, the food is delish Bc of covid19, the store allows only one family inside at a time with max of two people per family, face covering is mandatory. Which I thought was a fair arrangement. Got some siu mai, fish dumplings, tribes, sticky rice, and fu pei kuen,. All but sticky rice tasted pretty good. Especially the siu mai and the tribes. Tribes were a bit expensive, $11 a tray. Will return for more!
Here is where I get my peking duck wraps. But frozen dim sum things are delicous: ,,all kinds of and Chinese desserts. Reasonable price and good portion. Lack of instructions on reheating, which should be appreciated by all.
Was told to come here because an old Chinese restauranteur told me this was the secret supply to a lot of the amazing dim sum restos in the area. Because of covid I really wanted a safe way to still satisfy the dim sum cravings. This did not disappoint! Great quality great prices. Just a warning though almost everything is in Chinese so you may want to brush up and make sure you know what you want. Staff was helpful too!
