Awesome place. The owner is a chill guy and comes out to play with the dogs himself, who of course love him because he's basically a dog whisperer. Good beers and ciders as well as frozen drinks including Frose, and the park itself is a good size, clean, and plenty of other fun dogs to play with.
Ryan has done a really phenomenal job of turning this place into a great spot to come enjoy a drink and play with the dogs. The setup is wonderful, there's plenty of room for social distancing, the water towers are well placed, and the turf is great for the dogs. Having a side for active dogs & a separate side for chill dogs is great too! lazy dogs & crazy dogs We come out almost every weekend and love the community and great beer/cider selections!
Took my dog here after not going to daycare or dog parks for a few months after moving across the country. My teenage dog does have some rusty social skills and was demand barking a lot, but one of the employees dogs was interrupting play with another dog mine was getting into playing with and he was barking more out of frustration. We ended up leaving before he settled in as he was barking more than tolerated, although I’d say part of this was caused by other dogs trying to mount him. While we have some training to do, this wasn’t a great experience to start taking my dog out to play again. The limited tolerance for barking in my opinion was a bit unfair considering we weren’t able to get settled in the 5-10 min we were there. Not sure if we’ll be back Edit: adding for owners response… I left on my own accord since i realized my dog was overstimulated and not responding. I had expressed when I arrived I wasn’t sure if he was still acted appropriately in group play as it’s been a long time and was willing to remove him accordingly. While I’m aware that my herding breed mix can be over the top and pushy when first arriving and needs time to adjust, instead of guidance, all I got were awkward looks and no other communication other than “he needs to not bark immediately ” until we left. Not every dog is suitable for group play and I’d be willing accepting that it may no longer be for my dog, but I’ve had better experiences at other local dog yards that have staff actively monitoring and helping dogs play appropriately.
Great space. Lots of room to run, and the turf keeps paws clean. The owner is friendly, and we had a good chat. His dogs are very nice too.
Voff is a fantastic place to bring your dog. The dogs there are well-socialized, and staff are there to help in the rare case of problems between dogs. I’ve been bringing my well-socialized teen dobie there almost every day for a few weeks now, and the dogs and their owners are always respectful, patient, and friendly. Great drinks too!
We've tried this place a couple times now and I just can't recommend it. Unlike other dog bars we've been to, there is no active monitoring to make sure dogs are abiding by the behavioral rules. Both times we went, there were very clearly reactive dogs there, and we saw reactive dogs aggressively go after friendly dogs multiple times. No staff appeared at the sound of snarls and shouting; no one was ever asked to leave. This isn't any different than a public dog park, but in that case, why pay?
Great owner, great dog park, lots of toys, pools, beer and great place to chill with your pup and watch the game or just drink beer and play! Plenty of outdoor space for the dogs and since there is a covered area, a great alternative to sulking in a dog park if it's raining. Only complaint is water can get dirty with so many puppers so if you're worried about your clean water I'd recommend bringing a separate water bottle.
Awesome spot to bring your energetic and playful pup! There’s a community vibe with lots of friendly owners and dogs. Beers on tap are top notch. Covered seating. Only down side is the mud on those rainy seattle days. Will definitely come again.
Our dog is a bit skittish but ended up having an awesome time. Also the owner and the beer selection are great. We both loved our beers and the owner came out and clearly loved the dogs visiting. Our dog is currently passed out in the back seat of the car on our way home. We will be back!
This place was fantastic. Large selection of beer and ciders, very friendly and inviting atmosphere. The owner was around and you could tell he had such passion about all the dogs, which was great to see. The other owners were very friendly as well, we all took turns throwing balls and laughing about our dogs. The pools were a bonus, as my dog loves the water. Definitly will be going again!
