This person may be qualified to perform cleanings and check-ups, but in my experience she has been nothing but incompetent for anything beyond basic routine dentistry. She and her staff are nice, so that's a plus, but what you really want is someone who knows what they're doing. I can't say she does. I've had problems with crowns that didn't take, an implant that was more of a "place holder" than an actual tooth, and most recently, an implant that failed. She tried to stick it back together with dental cement, which created a whole other nightmare situation. I have learned from every other dental professional I've visited due to this ongoing ordeal that using dental cement on an abutment to try and stick back into an implant is the last thing that should have been done. To top it off, she refuses to take any responsibility for her actions, has made what sounds like desperate excuses, and has actually had the temerity to try and charge me for related expenses. Posting a negative review is something I rarely do, but in this case is entirely warranted.

I went to Dr. Letizia about ten years ago. After several routine visits she informed me that I had a cavity between two teeth that needed to be filled. She quoted a price and her staff gave me a diagram with the teeth involved clearly marked. Since I hadn't had a cavity in many years I decided to get a second opinion. After the exam, the new dentist mentioned nothing about cavities. I asked specifically about the teeth that Dr. Letizia wanted to fill and was told that no cavity was observed there. Ten years later and there is still no cavity. I probably should have reported this to the licensing authorities when it happened to save patients from unnecessary work. Caveat emptor -- always get the proposed work in writing and get a second opinion.

I had a great experience in the office today. It was my first time there And Everyone was so nice and helpful towards me. I will be going back next week for prep work on my chipped front teeth to prepare them for my new top four porcelain veneers!
Looking forward to having nice, straight looking teeth again

Dr. Letitzia is very nice. I'm sorry to have to write this review. You never want your dentist to ask "numb yet?", tell her "no", and have her drill anyway. her next comment was "want to fight through the pain?". nope, I don't want to. isn't that why we have western medicine and novocain? she also did two fillings that were very rough. she doesn't even try to smooth them. she just puts the filling material in and jumps back like she's all done. I hate rough jagged fillings. an all around bad experience. be warned.
