Pros -Welcoming helpful staff and very skilled. -The teachers are fairly accessible for help and discussion before and after for a few minute, and serve some tea as well. -I enjoyed all classes but specially the restorative with Manon was incredibly effective for stress release. -There are multiple sessions everyday of the week. It could easily be argued that it's worth the thousand bucks a year. Cons -There is only one room, there aren't any real sitting areas if you arrive before, or take your time after leaving. You're in the way once the session is over -It is unreasonably warm in there , the heating is seemingly never off no matter how warm during my visits in spring so I was sweating before even warmed up. (And this is not hot yoga either) -No lockers or safe way to keep your stuff other then bring in the room. -The popular classes are packed full, can easily interfere with each others arms or have someone's feet too close to your face.

Knowledgable , friendly and compassionate. Flexible, not just with their movements but they allow for different abilities even in the same class. They prepare tea at the end of each class. I love going here.

Really nice studio. Smaller, which makes the interactions with the teachers easier during classes (i.e. correction on poses). It also offers a variety of classes (every single one of them bilingual) and each teacher having a different style, there's definitely something for everyone. I love that the accent is put on giving everyone a chance in their own practice rather than being able to do elaborate poses every visit. Also very clean studio, friendly staff and no pressure for sales although they do carry mats, bottles, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely studio! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I suggest the prenatal yoga classes for soon to be moms.

Warm and welcoming space. Great option for anyone living in or near Lachine, Dorval, or Lasalle.
