Vito’s Pizzeria in Windsor is hands-down one of the best pizza spots around! The moment you walk in, you’re hit with the aroma of fresh dough, bubbling cheese, and rich tomato sauce—it’s impossible not to get excited. Their pizzas are absolutely top-notch: thin, crispy crusts, loaded with premium toppings, and perfectly baked every time. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for family dinners or a casual night out. The staff are friendly and attentive, and you can tell they care about the food and the customers. A true Windsor gem!
Speechless! Best Alfredo Pasta ever!!!! I went for lunch to celebrate my graduation, and what a great memory I created through the delicious food at this place. I love trying Italian food, and this place did not disappoint with the pasta. The lasagna was delicious; I loved it! Excellent service despite how busy the place was. 100% recommended.
We’re from Toronto visiting a friend when she took us here.nWe ordered pizza with salmon on top and it was absolutely amazing! I forgot to take a photo cause we demolished it! We also ordered fresh oysters which was pretty underwhelming. For $26 you get half a dozen of the smallest PEI oysters. I can probably get them for $1-2 somewhere else.nAlthough, the Frutti de Mare was great! The sauce has the perfect balance of acidity and sweetness from the seafood and it was just pure goodness! It comes with tons of seafood! A huge piece of scallop in the middle.nMy friends ordered Bolognese which was great too, Carbonara was a bit of a let down tho. My boyfriend ordered it and it split right away so you got a big layer of oil floating on his plate. My other friend got the same dish but hers looks and tasted different, they put cream on hers. And when I asked the server about it, he said authentic carbonara has cream and that was a big fat mistake.nAnyways, we still enjoyed the food.nMight probably stick with tomato base pasta and pizza! Oof, again, the pizza was amazeballs! I love a good wood fire pizza!nnService was mid, could be better.
My husband and I and another couple made reservations for a Saturday night, it was busy very busy. The food was fantastic, the service was OK, I didn't find our server to be overly friendly, it felt like if you were a regular you were treated much nicer as shown by other guests showing up, but we could become regulars, probably won't now but could have. They sat us just as you walk in the door and the whole evening I was freezing every time someone walked in or out the door, which was constant, it was tough to relax and enjoy the evening like that. I agree with a previous review, they stuff you in so tight it is tough to enjoy the atmosphere. But I will say all 4 of us really enjoyed the food, I just wish it could have been a better experience or we could have been moved to a different table where it was warmer, even if we had to wait, I would have been fine with that, we did ask but everything was booked. I probably won't go back.
Another fantastic experience, great atmosphere and service from Tatiana. Food was delicious and on point from apps to entrée.
