Incredible place! Very nicely decorated, great service and delicious food. Everything we tried was delicious! Good for families, friends or date night.
I had been searching for a good restaurant in Windsor for a while, and I heard about Spago from one of my housemates. It turned out to be a great experience, with an impressive ambiance where you can enjoy your meal in a pleasant setting. As for the food, I have no words. I ordered a Margherita pizza and a pasta I forgot the name, but it was recommended by the waiter, and it was one of the best pastas I’ve ever had. I’m typically not a fan of pasta, but Spago definitely changed my mind. I would highly recommend it to others for its food, service, and overall experience.
Spago was AMAZING!! We had a great experience overall. We came in cold from outside and the owner made sure to give us a table that was warm away from the door! It was so nice and thoughtful. The food was so good! Best carbonara I’ve ever had.nnWe love this place and will 100% be returning. Thanks for the great experience!
Honestly, I’m in Windsor for business, we were hungry after a long drive from Toronto and this place looked like a great spot online, and I gotta say, I haven’t had service and attention that good in quite some time. I don’t even remember the last time I was treated so well at a restaurant but it really harkens back to a time where people really enjoyed hospitality and foodservice. Just really on point and we were really taken care of. One criticism is that the lights were too bright and if they turned the string lights down it would do real wonders for the room but that’s really splitting hairs on what was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a while.
Table was not ready when I arrived at the time of my reservation, however the service was exceptional. We really enjoyed our wines and pasta. Great limoncello
