I did my grocery from here first time, on my way from office to home. The modest store facade concealed the elaborate display of products that awaited inside.nnThe products on sale were well organized and labeled. The fruits and vegetables section was well stocked with fresh produce. Frozen stuff was also properly displayed. I was able to find all the items that I wanted.nnStore staff are courteous and helpful. I was guided to the correct aisle for my purchase.nnThe parking lot is large enough for the customers.
I like the spot but prices here are rising, a lot. It’s a small store compared to the others; stock is limited during sales. Most of the staff is cool, the store is clean, the food is mostly fresh. They price match with some of the bigger grocery chains which is great. They don’t stock plastic bags at checkout; which is just ridiculous it’s bag bro, relax. Feels like a trust-no-one atmosphere when you do that not to mention their undercover floor walkers follow dedicated customers around like thieves. I guess it’s necessary, but nonetheless we see you, and its annoying #grocerystores #nofrills #food #grocery
Very disappointed. Went out of my way for a flyer advertised eye of round. Found only 3 in store, less then 1Lb each, and not even labelled with the sale price. Asked to speak with someone in meat department. Waited 12 minutes for a kid, to be instructed to take the item up to the cashier and it will automatically scan at the sale price. Yeah, sure!
Went to the self checkout, and was having trouble scanning my items as the scanner / glass was dirty and covered in food or something. Security guard jumped in and showed me how to scan my items. Sir, I appreciate the help but if the machines were cleaned I would have been fine.
I got a raincheck for a sale that didnt have stock, I had to wait till the very last day the rain check was about to expire for them to get stock. I wanted to renew the raincheck before but they would only do it on the very last day. After some mistake in the raincheck and some waiting, I finally got the thing i wanted. It was a good price.nnIt is a small place and the staff seem nice but they are always working frantically. Seeing them work makes me a bit stressed out ...nnAlright otherwise, the staff are trying their best, it is probably the management
