Every time I do a PC Express pick up at this location everything is always rotten and expired. And the pick up takes at least 40 minutes. How is this an express service? and if you would like to get a refund for these rotten products, it is the biggest headache to reach out to their customer service. And don’t even get me started on trying to use coupons at this location, they always make up their own rules and each and every time it’s a different rule.nnThe inside of the store is also always a mess. This back corner has had these carts here for over six months. I am not understanding how management has not gotten this resolved,put away and cleaned up. This is terrible to look at. Does corporate not go into the stores? do you guys not care about the presentation of your store or floor? Where is the quality control?
I went to Argentia Superstore this morning to buy yellow beans that are on sale and this is what I found see picture. I was surprised and disappointed to see such rotten vegetables on display. Then I saw the zuccini and eggplant! How can such a nice store allow this to happen. And it was not found on the reduced racks, they are charging top dollar for this garbage. I'll think twice before going back to buy produce from this store.
PC Express from this location is the worst we have experienced from any grocery store pick-up location. They always get it wrong, have many missing items and mix our shopping with others. We decided to try delivery this week, and the delivery person left the groceries on the ground outside our door and took the boxes away with him. We couldn't believe it. Produce directly on the ground! We asked them to come and pick it back up and they refused. We had to clean up there mess. We got a credit for the order, but the manager of this store was less than apologetic and nothing was offered for the inconvenience. We are done shopping at this location.
I have lived in this neighbourhood for over 11 years now and it has been my primary source for groceries.nnThey do have a very good variety of groceries and a nice halal meats section always.nnThe pharmacy, clothes, and other stuff here is not bad either. And they do have good flowers bouquets to.nnAlthough they have gotten better at it over the past few years, you do need to keep an eye on the expiry dates when buying, they do have expired items on their shelves at times.nnAnd occasionally you will find empty shelves and they’ll be out of a few items on your list, so they could use some improvement in their inventory management to.
I don't know what has happened within the last few months but the produce section has gone downhill. I am now going to a different store to get my produce as this location is not the same as it used to be. Rotten Vegetables and Fruit and just a general mess all around. So Happy Logo's opened across the street as they know how to run a produce department and take care of their customers at the same time. I have reached out to the produce Manager and She was on her cell phone and didn't even take the time to address my concerns.
