Very satisfied with their service. I was able to arrange to rent a transport chair on short notice and have since converted it to a purchase with the rental cost deducted from the sale price. All very efficient and pleasant. Much appreciated.
Wonderful service. Our salesperson, Luisa, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even assembled our bath stool for us. Thank you for a great shopping experience.
Phoned in for some equipment, had a very poor response. Person answering the phone seemed annoyed with the questions and the fact the medical equipment was needed in the first place. At least I got the information I was looking for. Won't be calling in again anytime soon.
Luisa and Lydia at Vital Mobility Supplies are excellent! I bought a Go Go Folding scooter here and the service was excellent, unlike other companies, everyone in this store knows how their products work! I would totally recommend this location to anyone needing assistive devices! They are also cheaper than the local competition!
