Excellent price and service. Dealt perfectly with a complicated situation . Could not recommend more
Phoned them and a guy came to check out my broken wheelchair. He said he couldn't resolve the problem until he called the manufacturer to find out what the error codes mean. A miscommunication caused a short delay but the man came back with a replacement part and because of the delay he didn't charge me labour do the repair.
Has been giving us the runaround for ages. I wish they could just send a competent tech out and solve the issue. Edit : The Chair repair is for my mother. I am not confused about the company.
I've used In Motion Services many times. They are always courteous, professional, and easy to work with. They are one of the many suppliers I work with where I know I don't have to worry about them getting my order to me efficiently and effectively. Thanks for the great work!
