They cannot for the life of them get their orders delivered properly. A serious lack of communication between delivery and order desk . It ha/ been so stressful To get necessary products delivered that I have switched to shop elsewhere.
When I went in a male staff employee helped me. He was patient, polite, quick and knowledgeable.
I dealt with Yolanda on the phone yesterday to obtain some dressing supplies. Not only was she very helpful, she was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with as well. I will not hesitate to use Starkmans sevices again. And my supplies were delivered around 9 am. I could not have asked for more. Thank you. Sandra
