Yesterday my TV just stopped working out of the blue. I found on the Visions website a great 86'' TV with a not to shabby price. I called and spoke with Victoria Smith she was such a doll and helped walk me through getting pre-approved for financing before even stepping into the store. When I did arrive at the store she greeted me with a big smile and she recalled my name and she took me around to show me what the television was going to look like. From there the process of buying the TV and getting the guys to load in into my truck took a total of 40 minutes. The professionalism and curtesy demonstrated by the staff at this location was exceptional and I truly recommend others to shop here. Ask for Victoria she will not disappoint.
Went in looking to upgrade our phones and plans, and were promptly helped by Victoria. It was by far the best experience buying a phone and finding a new plan that I’ve had, she was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I left feeling confident with my purchase, and will be seeing her again when our contract is up! We will recommend again and again.
Fantastic service every time with Christian. Going on 6 years now and still the best. When I need any kind of electronics, I always go see him first before anywhere else. He always manages to help me and hook me up with the best stuff available. I’ve always told my friends to go see him as well. Highly recommend the Regent store and talk to Christian!!
I don't think we'll shop for electronics anywhere else. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Good selection. You can check stock ahead of time on their website. Our two week old TV kept needing to be reset so when we brought it back they were very accommodating and we had a new TV in no time and it is great. They also had the automatic two year warranty that didn't cost extra.
Victoria and the staff are just amazing. I had a particular unique problem and Victoria helped me the whole way through on Boxing Day under pressure. Also the gentleman who sold me a tv a month earlier and the other gentleman who helped me load/ secure it into my truck were amazing. Myself coming from 20 years of sales and service was amazed of the professionalism and care provided. It’s a rarity these days to come by but Victoria and the other two are 5 star employees.
Please pass on our most heartfelt gratitude to Victoria S. who has set us up with great cell phone deals for the past 8 +years! She takes all the time we need to explain and we feel like family when we see her : She is excellent at what she doeshonest, thorough with details, super knowledgeable.We've never had anyone else treat us better! Victoria is a keeper and is what brings us to your shop year after year!
Nice clean store as well as friendly service. I called & spoke to a salesperson Manny and had some questions about a 360 camera. He took the time to answer my questions & was knowledgeable about the product. I went down & bought the unit! I've purchased quite a few items from that store over the years. St. James is closer, but Regent has a much better vibe, so I go the extra mile!
We’ve been dealing with Christian for over a decade and he has consistently provided exceptional customer service. He has always made himself available and has a thorough understanding of product knowledge. We have referred him to many of our friends and family who were given the same excellent service we have experienced.
I needed an upgrade on my phone and Victoria was so amazing to deal with. She was knowledgable about all the best options for me to go with and was extremely helpful. She explained everything so thoroughly and answered all the questions I had. Great customer service, best I've had in awhile, thanks Victoria!
Victoria helped us to get 6 phones during the hectic Black Friday week. Similar to last time when she helped us in 2020, she is so professional and always going the full mile to get customers the best deals possible.
