Bought some products from them and purchased the extended warranty which was a 4 year warranty. The product also came with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. But the extended warranty started from the time I purchased the product. So what's the point of selling 4 years when it's really 3 years cause the first year is manufacturer warranty. Nothing but deceitful and misleading business practices and would not recommend anyone buying anything with warranty from them. I will definitely look at buying products somewhere else next time.
Was there yesterday to build my new gaming gig.nnThe guy who helped me, his name started with an 'A' and was from Iran was amazing! He was 'in training' and clearing all my doubts and everything. The guy in geek squad was amazing too, however thats where it ends.nnThere was a wrong ticket on a RAM I was going to buy. The guy helping me called the Sales Lead, Jasmine or Jasline whatever her name was. It seemed she had an attitude problem. She was very rude and not polite at all. This is the second time I was here and got the same attitude.nnShe tried reading me the policy of non ticketed item and all. I clearly told her thats it is priced wrong. Then she said customers may have moved it. I said there is a whole bunch of the same stuff at the same price tag.nnShe rudely said I cannot do it. I was there to buy the whole gig which was coming over 2000, but it seemed like she was more interested in saving 20-30 dollars than actually selling anything.nnPS i used to work for best buy not this one and loved it when I was there. I have been in customer service long enough to be polite and understanding and to know there can be a much politer approach to a situation.nnThis isnt the first time that I was buying from here, have bought tons of stuff, but I guess wont be returning here.nnTo the guys who helped me out, you both were amazing. Sorry couldnt get the stuff because of the attitude of your sales lead.
Went in to buy a laptop a few weeks ago. Decided on one on sale 599.99. As the clerk started up sales receipt, asked many times if I wanted to buy a membership for $20 a month. I said no each time as I am only there for a laptop. Not a weekly/ monthly store I go to. Then started pressuring to take 23.99 a month on extra warranty on laptop. I finally said ask once more and I am walking away. Then the set up of laptop, I was told 89.99. But kept coming up 129.99. He asked someone for help and he said 129.99 is the price. I finally just said keep it. Then was willing to go to 89.99. But Not interested anymore. Between the 20 a month for membership and 23.99 a month for extra warranty, I would have been paying the price of laptop each year!! I know I can just say no, which i did over and over, but they don't take no for an answer and finally enough was enough so I walked .
Worst customer service ever !! A team lead name Jasleen and happy were too busy to help other task.Waited there for at least 15-20 min So that someone could assist us. After that a guy came in and told us to have a sit so someone could help us which took another 45 minutes.while mentioning all this to “Jasleen “ she said I can take my business somewhere else if I cannot understand. I work in customer service as well i think this is not the way one should be behaving with someone. When I asked for a store manager they said I am the higher authority clearly not because on their tag it says team lead. !!
Went in looking to see what options I had to upgrade my phone and the plans available. Raj was absolutely amazing and would highly recommend her to anyone else seeking out information or changes to their carrier/phone plans. Will definitely be back!
