They're only concerned about the sale and not helping to provide the right advice/product. They allowed an exchange, however that doesn't compensate for my time, travel and frustration. I specifically asked if the two products I purchased were compatible and was told yes when she clearly didn't know. Days of caring and customer service are gone.
ehen shopping for electronics and related products I want help from knowledgeable staff who can educate me about the product without me having to do research; that is what a visit to Bestbuy does for me. Their customer service is friendly, and efficient, always solving my concerns without having to make a return visit for the same issue. I also appreciate that they have their Geek Squad Techs that can help with computer problems and diagnose weird electronic problems, too. I do wish they still had auto electronic installations onsite.
Staff were friendly and professional. I appreciated the time and effort put in. Unfortunately I found Amazon had better prices on lap tops. Best buy had nothing i could buy in my of good quality at my price range. Perhaps they can stock in comparison and price match. Would have had my sale that day.
Went in to find a new gaming keyboard, eventually found one I liked to find the tag said $39.99 which was GREAT. Went to the front to pay for it only to find it came up at $246.00. Spoke to management who said it wasn’t their fault it was stocked on the shelf incorrectly whose fault is it then? and they would not honour the price nor do anything to rectify the situation.
Very helpful staff! When met at the door I asked for Customer service. I was pointed in the correct direction instantly. I had made a mistake with an online order and in minutes everything was corrected, returns and reorders done. I had time to browse the lastest cell tech. Great experience!
