Top notch electronics repair.

Brought in my 43 year old Marantz receiver for service. Friendly, down-to-earth service, quoted before any work was done (reasonable I might add). Service was quick and reliable. Good stuff.

Old fashioned customer service. I brought in a guitar amp that had a problem that even left experienced players scratching their heads. M&M quickly got back to me on the problem. And although the manufacturer no longer stocked the errant part, they offered to modify the amp. It now works like a charm and will be easier to maintain in the future!

Absolutely horrendous service. Repairs take over two months. No communication. Have to pay for stuff that is under warranty if they are missing unrelated accessories. I don't know how this place is still around.
