Absolutely appalling customer service. I had a skirt hemmed as the stitching had come undone since buying it, I was wearing it for the second time in 1 month since it being fixed and a colleague picked up that the seam was coming undone. From there I went straight into the store to have it re-fixed and they were quite nice and fixed it on the spot after they could see I wasn't going to walk around with my skirt falling apart. When I went to leave I said thank you and went to walk out, as I was upstairs the man I think he was the owner came out and asked me to pay. I said I wasn't going to pay as it shouldn't have come undone so soon and in the first place, he then proceeded to argue with me for 10 minutes. I said I wasn't going to pay and walked out back to work he then followed me out and down the street yelling at me. It was an awful experience. And well overpriced.

Not good. Failed to make a note of what I asked for. When I went to collect and I pointed out that all three of my shirts had been altered incorrectly, didn't take responsibility but instead told me "This is better for men – this is the fashion", implying that I didn't know what I wanted. On closer inspection, the measuring turned out to be uneven as well.

Tiny place, great service. Really the highest quality in tailoring, and all by an expert in his work. Tailor to near-by Selfridges, and others. Strongly recommend this jem.

The worst tailor in london! And liars cheaters too! Ruined my Prada and Lanvin shirts. Bunch of fools. Save yourself and your clothes. Do not go here.
