I recently bought my first car, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to answer all my questions. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I was able to drive off in my new car feeling confident and excited. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Gabriel and Cassandra to anyone looking for a no-hassle, customer-focused car buying experience. :D

I had such a great experience buying my vehicle from Vimont Laval Toyota. I live in Ottawa and saw the vehicle on autotrader, so going through the purchase had extra complications but I would easily make the same decision to buy from them and go through the extra hurdles. They offered my vehicle 13,000 km at the same price as one in Ottawa that had 60,00km. So the offer was very fair, and they don’t try to push you into a financing arrangement by offering a financing discount.nnWhen I went to see the vehicle the first time, the previous owner had done some sloppy paint touch ups to cover rock chips, but they assured me it would be fixed profess and I was very happy with the results.nnFrancois and his partner Claude were incredibly patient and attentive and answered all of my questions throughout the process. When I was back in Ontario trying to register the vehicle ay service Ontario, I was missing one document, and the sales team got on the phone immediately with me, found the document, and faxed it right away.nnEven well after the sale, Francois took the tine to ensure I was mailed the rubber floor mats that went with the vehicle but they were not at the dealership the day I took the car.nnThis dealership is really top notch, and they genuinely care about their customers. Even though buying a vehicle in Quebec and registering it in Ontario is a small additional hassle, I would absolutely do it again. Maybe in a few years I will, but for now I absolutely love my new car and I’m so happy I decided to buy from Vimont Laval.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this location almost three months ago. Everything up until signing the paperwork went well. The day I went to go pick up the car, it was like no one knew how to do their job. What should have taken a maximum of an hour and a half ended up taking almost 4 hours to complete.nnIt didn’t end there, after officially purchasing the vehicle, when trying to call back, it was nearly impossible to get through to anyone. We would leave message after messages with the receptionist and only after a week would we get a call back. Forget asking any questions to the receptionist because she knows nothing.nnNow most recently, I finally got the notification my second key was ready, and how after three months, has nothing changed. Called to make my appointment, and of course the receptionist knows nothing, she kept me on hold for almost 20 minutes, kept coming back to the call forgetting she kept me on hold. Only to find out through my own research no help to her, the service is closed after 4. I really don’t understand the incompetence.nnIn any case I do not recommend this location at all.
