I've been coming here for over a decade & appreciate the fairness & accommodation of my tech. advisor (Marc L.). I've been to another Ford dealer closer to my home, but the service (forgot to put certain parts back together & muddied my car). I completed the job on my own. I'd rather drive 10mins. more & go to Chartrand.

Terrible, awfull.  They lost a client because they IGNORE the fact that they misplaced/lost or what ever reason 6 CD in my car.  It has been 1 1/2 year, service director was extremely rude to me saying he had no time ( after following up with him many times).  Left a message to the general director who never returned my call.  For $200 they lost a client that was going there for years.  Even called Ford Canada and they said that the ball was in Chartrand court.  Ford Canada even sent them a direct message from their system....... Still waiting 1 year later.  Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
