Honda De Laval

I had a flat tire and was not able to find a replacement where I bought my 2016 Pilot. After speaking with Mario at Honda Laval, they ordered the tire and told me it would be ready on Monday. Mario called me on Friday morning to tell me that the tire arrived early and asked me if I could pass by immediately to get the tire replaced. They drove me to work and then picked me up when the car was ready. And the work was covered by my extended warranty to boot. All in all a great experience. Thank you Mario and Honda Laval.

I would recommend this place for any person who is searching for a car. My boyfriend and I went to look for a car and the person we had an appointment with was very professional and joyful. If you are looking for someone that you could trust, I would recommend Mohammed Ali, he will take his time and try his best to answer all of the questions you need an answer for. You won't feel like someone is trying to rob anything from you.

Came in ready to by the CRV.. And was waiting for over 30min for someone to come to help us.. No one even said hello.. So we left and gave our business to nissan.
