The kids had a blast, and parents had fun too! There's a lot of water fun packed in this not so big place, which makes it pretty easy to find your kids back. I'd say it is more for families with kids 1 to 14 years old, but still, there's something for everybody. There are waiting lines for the big slides and for the surf, so the 3 hours pass is not enough if you want to try everything. You may want to bring earplugs since there's a lot of noise which can be tiring after a few hours. The space between the locker rows in the locker room is too narrow, so when everybody gets out and tries to get dressed at the end of the period, while the next wave of people tries to get undressed and go to the park, it is a challenge to gain access to your things. The showers are not convenient either. There are no hooks to hang your towel, and with doors wide open on both sides (and only two closed shower stalls) you probably won't want to do more than rinse. Apart from the locker room experience and an argument with a man over a table we had "stolen" while he wasn't there, we had a great time. I definitely recommend to add this place on your family bucket list.

One sentence: The French do it better! Seriously place rocks!! In the winter the indoor park is fun for the family all day, there is also tube rides, skating, and downhill ski hills. The cleanliness and modernness of this facility is one of the best I have seen. Actually it’s spectacularly clean. In the summer the camping and cabin rentals along with the outdoor and indoor park! I forgot to mention the hotel and restaurants attached are superb. I mention again the cleanliness is above 5 star. Recommended for families it puts great wolf lodge to shame.

Amazing place to go for some silly fun with family and kids. The staff can vary. Some are super friendly and helpful others almost ingore you are even there and almost seem upset you are. Not a big deal though it's all pretty much self serve. Food at the cafeteria is terrible (particularly the burgers) but I don't think they are really going for quality. Didn't try the restaurant. Again not really the point of the place though. Best fun I've had for an incredibly reasonable price.

We have visited the ice hotel 3 times previous and I have to say that it has gone way down hill. It use to be a fun family place to visit with things like mini ice mazes for the kids and maple syrup poorer over snow. It has evolved in to a cash grab venue, scrubbed of its festive fun. They have this method of charging visitors based on height. My 8 year old son was charged an adult rate because he was a centimeter too tall. He was wearing winter boots. This is really a shame. Sad to see it turn into this. I would not advise this venue to families.

Must see place while visiting Quebec in the winter. The ice hotel is a must see. It showcases the talent of Quebec artisans that pain stakingly decorate this icy cold piece of art. The amount of work and details these artists achieve should be permanently displayed in a museum, it is unfortunate that all this work erased when warmer weather melts it all away in the spring. Quebec is truly a winter wonderland, and the ice hotel is well worth the price if admission. If your daring enough you can even book an overnight room!
