Boisé de la Chaudière - Camping Caravaning

Very clean, beautiful campground that is still under construction in some areas. Bathrooms are large and clean, as is the laundry area ($2 per wash/$2 per dry). They even have an RV wash bay here, which I very much appreciate. The front desk staff were quite friendly as well. The pool, although I didn't go in, looks amazing. This is certainly what you would expect in aesthetic from a modern campground. With that being said, the concrete pads to the left of the gravel sites and the utilities pole to the right make for a tight squeeze for your RV when backing it in (quite literally one to two inches on either side). Furthermore, be sure you take a 50A adapter if your RV is running 30A. Using an adapter to hookup to their 20A connection will blow the power pole if you try to use AC on a hot day. Finally, if you are further down in the gravel area, the WiFi is non-existent, but does work very well down by the lounge area and front desk. I'll look forward to coming back here once some of the kinks are worked out. P.S. There was an absolutely lovely stray cat on site that we affectionately named Levis for the brief time we were here. She's very people friendly, and is just looking for a home. If someone camps here and is in search of a fur baby (she's a white, brown and black calico), I would say she's worth taking a chance on. If we didn't already travel with two dogs and two cats, we would have taken her in a heartbeat.

Surprenant pour ce prix. Ça va probablement augmenter dans les prochaines années. Ils en sont à leur première année. Notre hybride avait l'air pauvre à côté de tous ces motirisé 😊. Bref vraiment un beau camping. Mais terrains petits et pas assez boisés

Bel emplacement. Neuf. En construction. Ce sera bien lorsque la construction sera terminé. Très bon prix. Parfait pour un arrêt d'une ou deux nuit pour visite dans la région. Calme. Personnel sympa.

Terrain pour itinérant à 65$/nuit + taxes, pas un arbre, étroit et le Wifi qui ne fonctionne pas à moins de se rendre au Club House. Quand on est pas prêt à offrir un service satisfaisant, on retarde la location ou on diminue le coût!

Where speed limit is an option - la limite de vitesse est une suggestion. Personne sur le camping ne respecte la limite de vitesse. À noter que l'entrée du camping est commune avec "Méchoui International" et leur clientèle ne respecte pas la limite de vitesse. Le personnel présent est aussi très limité (une personne à l'accueil), donc personne ne surveille ce qui se passe. Les terrains voyageurs sont très étroits. Qq points positifs: la piscine et le parc pour les enfants, les blocs sanitaires. C'est leur première année mais comme dit l'expression anglaise "they need to step up! ". Le camping est près de l'autoroute (on entends les voitures).
