I have never exercised regularly... and I have never written a review! However, as I am now in my 60's, I decided I should "try" to at least increase my core strength and joint flexibility (as painlessly as possible). When I heard about Village Pilates, I decided to try it... as it was close to my workplace. It has been the best gift to myself in ages!!!!! I enjoy the pace of the exercises, how they feel, and I have noticed greater tone to my body muscles, flexibility, and confidence in myself. Bridgit, my instructor/trainer, is wonderful, supportive and knowledgeable. After 6 months, I decided to purchase my own reformer/equipment so I could practice at home. I have loved this experience, and it's become part of my lifestyle!
