Best workout in town for any fitness level, best anywhere for lasting results. I'm stronger and more confident at 43-yrs old than I was at 33 OR 23 because of Bill and Robin, and the rest of the Trigger family. Classes are awesome, and the personal training is the best I've had anywhere (even compared to NYC and Chicago). This is truly a one-of-a-kind place run by one-of-a-kind people, and it's a likely home-away-from-home for real people looking for a uniquely kick-ass fitness experience. Equally good for fitness boxers as it is for serious fighters.

Classes are awesome. Plenty of options depending on what you need to work on. Lots of one on one time in all the classes and they'll take the time to make sure form is right so you get the most out of each workout. Not only boxing, they offer fitness classes and conditioning as well.

Bill and Robbin are extremely rare gems...I have only worked out 3 times so far and I am already confident that I have made the right choice...I am very out of shape and have a lot of weight to loose...but every time I walk through the door, I am encouraged and this team makes it clear they won't let me stand around and feel sorry for myself...afterwards I feel like a million bucks...Bill makes me feel like day by day I can make it happen...Gabby my trainer is the real deal...she has been there and pushes you to believe that you can succeed too...I know I am where I need to be...so excited to feel like there is health for my future...
