awful. felt like I was in someones basement. During the massage, the owner talked about all the other services she does and her "high end" clients, I couldn't relax but had to keep up conversation! Very unprofessional, would leave me alone in the room for 15-20 at a time. cut my appointment short by 20 minutes after waiting in total almost 30 minutes between treatments. would not recommend!! go ANYWHERE else
