Village Inn Motel

I have had the opportunity to be close enough that I dont mind traveling a few extra miles to feel comfortable respected and safe. Also as a customer, the management and on site diner staff make sure that my husband and I ate comfortable and extend the if u need anything . our needs will be met the best way possible. Anytime during our stay. I'm anxious to start my trip for the long weekend in less than 10 hours to spend long weekend. At the village inn I hat to book weeks ahead as it was neat full all season this year under new management

pros: 1.The sheets and pillows were clean. 2. There is a small fridge and good WiFi. 3. Its a 15 minute drive to Grand Bend. Cons:1. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. 2. There is little space to put a suitcase 3.zero space to place toiletries in the minuscule, old bathroom. 4. There was an unbearable musty smell in the bathroom Apparently when it rains the septic tank smells filter in. 5. The musty, putrid smell permeates the room. 6. The drawers were musty and smelly 7. Bathroom window doesn't have a proper lock-security issue 8. The price of $119.00 per night is overkill. I love supporting small establishments, but I would not go back to this motel.

The Motel is exceptionally clean! Everything you will want to do is about a 15-20 minute drive. Grand Bend 18-20 min, Rock Glen Falls 18-20 min. However, their is a beautiful beach at Kettle Point that’s only 5 minutes max down the road that is just as nice if not nicer than Grand Bend Beach. This Motel is also located between two reserves so gas is extremely cheap and makes up for the extra drive to locations. If you want a night out in Grand bend to have a couple drinks the cab ride is going to cost between 45-50$ one way drink responsibly there is a lot of police down there. I highly recommend staying at The Village Inn it’s a cute little place that separates you from the crazy cowboys and cowgirls down in the bend to ensure you get a good nights sleep. The owners are extremely nice and hospitable and even said they would have picked us up because the Taxis did stop running Thursday night very early 11:00pm but do run later fri-sat. “MAKE SURE YOU VISIT” Rock Glen Falls.... I cannot explain the nautical awesome this place holds and it’s not far from the Motel. Cute little place to stay if you're going to the beach nearby. Shower water takes a couple of minutes to hear up. Has fridge, microwave and good quality bed!

Great place to stop for a weary traveler. Place was clean, hard blackout blinds, and person running the desk was professional. Would recommend. Located right off main road, but didn't matter because we were so tired.Rooms: 4/5

This is an excellent motel, I would recommend this to anyone. and the food in the restaurant was the best, excellent breakfast, great fish and chips, the price and service were also very good, they also have an outdoor garden area for families to sit and admire the scenery. The motel room I stayed in was very clean and well furnished, I also noticed that all the rooms had AC and WiFi, but the best thing about this place is the staff, very helpful, and friendly. I will be back next year

When I stayed here 1 time , my car was broken into ,my Alarm went off . My driver's sidedoor was pried with a crowbar. Thank God I literally had nothing in my vehicle at the time. My boyfriend noticed that the security cameras on the motel roof at the end of the building was MISSING when we got ahold of the office the next day they said they didn't hear my car alarm????? This is serious plz don't give this place business , this isn't just a complaint if anyone has to stay there keep a close eye on your car

Service was good, patient and kind. Room was not updated and a little smelly at first, but once we opened the windows it aired out and was okay. I believe it was just because of being muggy and by water.

The motel manager Hali was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I was extremely satisfied. WiFi and satellite tv come with your stay. Minutes from the beach.

Great hospitality. Wonderfully comfortable beds, clean rooms. Only thing missing was a coffee maker in the room
