Story

The Pinewood is your peaceful adult getaway by the Lake.A beautiful little retreat that is nestled in a park-like setting less than one block from the sandy, dog friendly shores of Ipperwash Beach. A great place to unplug and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.We offer a place for professional individuals, couples and people approaching retirement. An adult vacation destination.Young mature adults 16 and older are welcome with parental supervision... Sit by the pool and do nothing if that is your wish or enjoy the sun on your face and sand beneath your feet at the beach or go for a dip in the lake.Take a leisurely stroll on the beach at sunset... it is spectacular.
The Pinewood is DOG FRIENDLY. We offer 2 pet rooms but we believe that if pet parents choose to bring their pet on vacation that they should stay and leave together at all times and not be left alone. We offer daily and weekly rentals. Also we offer off season monthly rental accommodations of our fully furnished units..

Our Accommodations include 4 freshly renovated and newly furnished, 2 bedroom suites that can accommodate a max. of 4 guests.Also we now have 2 regular motel rooms as well with a queen bed in each room.
Each suite is fully equipped with a microwave, bar fridge and coffeemaker, as well suites come complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery and all utensils needed for a comfortable stay. Bedding and linens are provided for each bedroom and extra towels are available.
Barbecues are available for our suites along with their own patio table and chairs and umbrellas to use, along with 4 awesome fire pits,and 2 horseshoe-pits. On site is a beautiful in ground pool for and a large multi-purpose green space shaded with trees.
