There were a family with their kids order two skewers Kefta and then came back for refund after they almost finished. The server were so kind and nice and would like to make them a new one. But they keep arguing and just want all the money back. The server agree to refund for the salad, but they still persuade and wanted to refund everything. And even block the way of other customers. That is unacceptable and totally unfair. Posted the picture of their food below
I used to always order from the Cross Iron Mall location and it was always fantastic. Decided to try this location for the first time and was extremely disappointed. They had no chicken ready and had to order beef, the hummus was watery and not fresh, tabouli was watery, and the steamed veggies might as well have been raw - rock hard and no flavor. Sad that the same standards aren't carried from one franchise to another :
I used to visit this location often, but recently I have had issues with quality control with the food, the chicken is completely dried out and not edible, and the sauce tastes sour, and when I brought this up to the location I was told that all the food was good and fresh. Not a good customer service experience.
What a sad excuse for Mediterranean food. I ordered the chicken and beef shawarma plate $14 after tax. Beef was tough, rubbery, and unseasoned. Chicken was slightly better seasoned, but was still extremely rubbery and dry. The potatoes on the side were soggy - they had probably been sitting out in the heat lamp for hours. The plate comes with two side salads. The broccoli and carrot salad was fine. The other mixed vegetable salad was overpowered by large pieces of white onion and tasted strongly of plastic. At the end, I ended up having to throw half the meal away. The CORE has many other better options in the food court. Please do not come here.
The food is really disgusting. I ordered children and beef plate. The shawarma quality seemed to be something else. even there was no shawarma machine in the restaurant. The chips was cold tested badly. The lady there was so rude.
The worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life. Found hair in my food and when I went to tell them, asian guy was being so rude. When I told them that I want to talk to the manager he was telling me that I can’t lol . My whole day was ruined if could give zero I would.
Prices on the menu board are several dollars less than they charge at the till. When I asked about it, they refused to honor the posted price. Pretty basic business practice to honor your posted prices..
Overpriced. Really skimpy with the portions. Only a teaspoon of hummus and tahini. I'm used to getting twice as much food at most shawarma places for the same price.Food: 2/5
Be aware you will be charged more than the prices on the menu, without warning. When asked, the cashier responded that the menu showed "old pricing"Food: 4/5
The food here was quick the price reasonable for a good quantity of food. The falafal were good as was the salad and there was more than enough for a really good feed. The service was efficient and the staff sufficiently friendly to make the purchase not too painful. It is not a high class restaurant so it represeed fairly good value as expected from the location
