Classic poutine is not like poutine at all. Beef in shawarma sandwich is very dry.
By far the absolute worst Shawarma spot in all of Ottawa I asked for a regular size chicken shawarma wrap and they gave me a small and charged me for a regular When I questioned him about it he started yelling and saying “ you get what you pay for “ My shawarma wasn’t even warmed up and they served it cold The workers don’t even where gloves while making your shawarma He grabbed the cash that I gave him without wearing gloves and went straight to making my shawarma
You don’t charge for what comes with it and without even letting the customer know. Those who know what shawarma taste like would never eat here!
Tried their falafel veggi rok box. Not so bad but in to go food falafel should be mashed or cut it intonpieces so that its easy to eat while shopping
I have tried chicken shawarma with rice and it's a bit dry but once you add a tahini sauce there, it's really good. Service 5 Food 5 Price 3 Value for money 4 Would I visit again? Probably yes.
Ordered chicken skewer plate through SkipTheDishes. It arrived cold, was missing an extra skewer and falafel side, chicken was burnt and salty. Received a credit through SkipTheDishes, which I won’t be using again. The restaurant phone number does not work doesn’t receive incoming calls. 45$ with delivery.
If there is a Zero or less I will give it to VILLA MADINA Hassan , *Worst shawerma ever, *the food is dry and too much salt. *Worst experience, *Worst customer service, *Did not give me a receipt even when I requested for a one he gave me a not official receipt, then I insisted for an official one he got mad and not polite.
One of the employees handled some cash with a customer then started serving and preparing the sandwiches with the same gloves. Sandwich was also really dry and the protein was cold.
First time coming here and it will be my last! Told me I had to use all of the money on my gift certificate and then when I paid what wasn’t covered, refused to give me my change! It’s no wonder they have to give out gift certificates, the customer service is horrible. Food was just ok.
Good food, good service, great portion size. Love the shawarma poutine and they definitely dont cheap out on the toppings especially the chicken and toum
