My husband comes here all the time when we go to the mall! Definitely the best in the food court by far! My hubby can’t go anywhere else in the mall because it’s just so good! The guy working is always friendly and flavour is great also great portions for your $$ !! Not sure why this place has bad reviews?? Try the mixed plate with beef and chicken! So yummy.
We do believe that having a restaurant is not an easy thing however we were very surprised with the food we got at this restaurant. We order 3 plates 2 shawarmasmeat and chicken and the other one for the kids. The chicken and the meat tasted weird. Comes with rice and potatoes and also had a weird kind of taste probably potatoes from days before. The worst experience with a Shawarma restaurant we ever had. Oh, has been a while since we haven't eat in a mall mmm...unfortunately a very bad experience
Chicken was mush and tasted processed with flour. Salad had lots of brown leaves and the ends were tossed in. Never had such bad shawarma ever.
January 11,2023 I was at Villamadina restaurant. I ordered beef poutine and it was awful, the fries were not made fresh and the beef was over heated and it was very dry, thank God it had gravy otherwise I wouldn't be able to swallow. It was choking me please remove that poutine from your menue so nobody els los their money or make it fresh please...
Me n my husband got Chicken Flafel shwarma plate, three times from here. I don't understand how they forget to add one or other thing every time. Today, on Jan 21, 2023 we got the same take out and they forgot to add garlic potatoes. Their chickpea salad did not taste good either. Last time, they forgot to add flafel in a chicken flafel plate. This is always a disappointment whenever we got take out from here. Workers need to be more attentive. I wish Villa madina opens up a new location in London so that we can go there. Mistakes do happen, but once or twice but every single time?? Not good.

I had a great experience today. The chicken was so fresh, it made me think of thanksgiving turkey! Obobe, the manager one site lured us in with a free sample and from first bit I knew I needed more! I would recommend this place for family and friends!
Me and my family ordered 4 plates of shawarma. We all like it fresh food and the owner working there is a kind person. Me and my wife promised to go back there again.
Worst! Cold food. The chicken and beef is so chewy and tough. No flavor. Waste of food and money.
This is literally one of the WORST restaurants I had for Mediterranean food... First of all: This is definitely NOT Mediterranean because the food lacks all the unique spices and taste the Mediterranean cuisine has. The food was really bland. Fattoush salad was so bad I had to throw it away! Hummus was absolutely not fresh and below average. Roasted Potatoes tasted weird and old... Meat and chicken were not spiced at all and tasted VERY bland. Packaging was poor that hummus & garlic sauce were all over the place. I do not recommend this place AT ALL.
