I ordered online to avoid the wait as they say. The order was ready for pickup in less then 10min. I think that’s great for a busy Friday supper time order. When I arrived I noticed the place is fairly busy. However, my chopped salad was ready very quickly. The vegetables are better quality then other places I’ve been too. I would highly recommend eating at Firehouse Subs. The only negative I have is that I had requested utensils be included with my purchase and there were none.
Firehouse Subs really surprised me there's none in the Branford area and that's an absolute shame. The quality of the subs are far superior to Subway or any other I've ever had I was so shocked and how good they were. I also like the fact that this comes from firefighters and other EMS staff with proceeds from The Profit going to support EMS initiatives within the community. I love the originality of all the recipes and I also love how the place is decorated.
This is my first time at a Firehouse Subs Restaurant. It is fantastic. Delicious and hearty with unique flavors. Friendly staff, I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great sub! Parking: Easy parking
Don't normally do reviews but, felt compelled to. The number of stars doesn't properly reflect this but the food is excellent for a "fast" food restaurant. However it was incredibly slow, 20+ minutes for two sandwiches. Whether that is lethargic staff or making that quality of sandwich just takes that long I don't know. If you're going to order food here DO NOT EAT HERE ON A TIME CONSTRAINT. Overall good food but I shouldnt be on the verge of asking for a refund before getting my order because of how long your process takes without being told beforehand.
Wonderful experience, the gentleman who took our order was so helpful and pleasant and the lady who prepared our sandwich was so sweet! This was such a breath of fresh air! Everywhere service has suffered since covid so to have such a positive experience felt great!
Had another disappointing experience with Firehouse Subs. Initially went to the Wonderland so location to order two subs. They weren't answering the phone for an order and when I finally went in they did not have enough ingredients to make my sandwiches. Then I went to the Wellington Road location with the same order. I ordered a double meat brisket sandwich and when I got it it had no sauce or cheese or anything on it. Just a big dry sandwich that cost me $20. We also ordered an 8-in meatball sub and got charged for a 12 in. I've had a few bad experiences with Firehouse Subs and it's a shame because we love the food but the service is not very good. I guess it's back to subway for me.
Last time I was there the service was extremely slow. Only one other family of 3 ahead of us and we waited at least 30 minutes to get our subs. Could have been longer. Some poor guy who walked in by himself was told he will have to wait about 10 minutes before they could take his order. Staff moved very slowly, only near the end did I see them start to pick up the pace. Won't be back
They have quickly become my favourite sub shop in London. The foods great, and the staff are unbelievable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.
This was my first ever visit to a firehouse subs restaurant. I was pleasantly surprised. Unique menu, neat atmosphere and great tasting food. I had the turkey club and a side chili. The sub was very tasty. Plenty of meat and fresh toppings and the bread was light and perfectly sized. The chili was maybe the best "fast food" chili I've ever had. Impressive! I'll definitely be back. Only slight negative was the constant questions probably 5 times on how the food was tasting. A little much!!
The subs are awesome! I know of no sub company that can hold a candle to them. The flavour is unbelievable! The service was fast and friendly. The store was clean and neat. Plus you get the added bonus of supporting your local emergency services. It would be great to see franchises in all communities so that more areas would eap the rewards!
