MOLDY FOOD! - please avoid at all costs. I Went sept 30 with my wife.. food was sub par but the kicker is the pita being moldy! We knew it tasted off on the first bite but it wasn’t until half way we found the moldy bread. So gross, do yourself a favour just go somewhere else. What a disgrace.Food: 1/5
Horrible service lady got angry at me cause she couldn't hear me even though I was practically yelling and her coworker even had to explain what I was saying, cold skewers and overpriced. The kefta skewers were also burnt and it was $16 for this. You can also see they are so cheap on the sauces too with literally a teaspoon each....what a joke...I should've read reviews first before coming...This was all at the downtown Core location.

After new management the place getting better and better, finally they did some prove. Food is better and service is better also. Will come back try it again. Whoever makes the food here does an amazing job. The food is delicious !And worth every penny. Even a simple dish like the rice is very flavourful. Compared to some of the chinese food outlets in the mall that serves fried rice that only looks good but tastes mediocre. The portions are very big as well. Completely satisfied !Food: 5/5
Was doesn’t like here, cuz there has an old lady, customer service really terrible, but now didn’t see her for a while, then I decide to come here have a try. They switch new management, stuff are nice, food is way better than before. But price is raise up, then couple years before. Will be back for sure. Like the new management.
We ate at the CrossIron Mills location. 3 *’s for atmosphere because it was just a food court. First time trying this food and we were impressed with the flavours! Portion sizes were generous. The young lady that served us was efficient , friendly ,and the food area was clean. I would recommend this lovely little kiosk the next time you’re shopping and looking for a decent meal!
Absolute joke of a shawarma. The beef had a strong and bad smell. All the veggies looked old, I only had them put lettuce in. Sauces were watered down and non existent. Sadly i did not eat this in the mall. Took it outside. Took one bite and threw it out. If I was still in the mall I would’ve returned this. Honestly, the only reason I went to this place was because it was halal. Please avoid and save your money.
came right after the lunch rush - ordered a chicken shawarma and it was disgusting. super soggy and unappetising. The specialist behind the counter had an airpod in and his phone out. texting his friends in-between making my order and did not seem like he wanted to be there at all. would not recommend.Food: 1/5
Went there yesterday saw all new face worker, there, then I know they have new management, so wanna give them try again, cuz last time was not good experience, omg, like totally different, staff way nicer than before, and one asian guy was extremely patience and kind about explaining the concept of hotpot and how it worked. Would highly recommend coming here
