Aurora Meat Cheese & Salami

Best beef cuts in town, more marbled than most butchers/grocery stores. Been grilling from them and never disappointed. Even the beef fat is super tasty and soft.

I went there on the weekend to purchase pork for sausage making for the first time. Tom was so great. He introduced himself and took the time to explain some of the nuances of sausage making and even measured out the salt for me. It was so refreshing to have such great customer service. I will definitely be back. And yes, the sausage turned out great!

This place has quality and class altogether in one meaty package. My husband loves to come here for their fresh meats and cheese. You will have a great experience your entire time there.

I had the pleasure trying out Aurora for the first time and was amazed with the quality of the meat. They know what the cows eat and how they are handled no antibiotics/steroids etc. as organic as it can be, and grass fed cows. You can instantly notice the difference. Highly recommend you try it out.

Best meet shop. I have been shopping there for years. I love the fresh products. For special occasions, I call ahead to place the order. It's always ready and prepared to delight my palate.

This is the best place for fresh meats. I have never had veal so tender in my life. The Italian sausages are amazing as well. Also have had the Pork butterfly and steak, all really good. Can't say I have bought anything bad here. The staff are very nice and friendly and remember you.
