Good food. Prompt service. Good all brought out hot. Good no-MSG and gluten free options. Good portions and food tasted good. Cutlery and glasses were clean and not tired looking like many independent restaurants. Tried 5 items. Went back to get photo when no patrons.

Gonna keep this simple. Water taste weird, food is okay, not to expensive, bubble tea portion’s a little bit too small for the price, service was good tho. That’s it. Go here but bring your own water.

The satay beef noodle soup here is the best. I'll travel here from downtown to get it. The staff is friendly and the menu is varied so there's something for whatever mood you're in.

Very expensive for nothing really special. 8.50 plus tax for a Viet sub?! Basically if you get pho, salad rolls and a sub your in for almost $40. Very easily finished and will be hungry in a couple hours. Decent food but bad value.
