Vietnam Sub &Grill

Went there recommend by other google reviews. The subs were just ok and lack flavour. Pho Soup base also lacks the essential flavour.

Small place but they have one of the best beef sub in town and I have eaten and worked in a lot of different Vietnamese restaurants. The beef is so tender and well marinated that we always have to order extra meat. Totally recommended.

Beef Sub - bun is crispy, nice beef flavour, a bit sweet, peanut bits, carrot, cilantro, jalapeno, cucumber. First V. sub place I've been to in the city that adds a bit of lettuce. Almost went for a 2nd

One of the best Viet Subs in town in my opinion! Their peanut sauce is fantastic and I recommend getting it on your sub!

I've been a customer here for over 5 years and never disappointed! Always fast, pleasant and respectful service. If you're in a rush you can text them your order and just pick it up, or let them know it's to stay so it's ready when you get there!

Bánh mì is a bit empty. I expected more meat, compared to other restaurants. Pho broth tasted watered down. If I'm desperate, I'll come here, but there are much better options around.

I have had a lot of Vietnamese food in the area and this bubbled to the top. Delicious food, great service, and the nicest owners that you could come across. They created a special dish for a family member that is gluten and dairy intolerant and she can confidently eat here knowing the care that is taken.

Honestly they’re special peanut satay beef noodle soup is the best pho I have ever come across. Amazing
