We will suggest all small business to avoid Videotron. They are not organized. And even after admitting there fault they will charge your bills for something you never asked for. -They renewed our contract without our permission even after we advised them several times not to renew any contract since we don't plan on staying with them. -Now they seek more then 3000$ if we want to change service provider since they auto renewed our internet contract without our permission and against our will.. -They mixed all our cell contracts and now all our 5 lines are under contract while only 2 were suppose to be under contract and the other 3 are "bring my own device". -Nobody is able to help us in there shop , they want us to call customer support , we have been trying for 4 days to get in touch with a supervisor but they don't have time for us.
Great service with a guy named Lewis. He REALLY knew his stuff. Polite, well spoken , informative.....overall a 100% good customer service....now will Videotron follow up ?....to be contunued.
Make sure you have an appointment or you'll be spending time waiting
I much preferred the one in Deux-Montagnes, but now that it closed we decided to try the one here in Saint-Eustache. I love the feel of a video store but find that this one lacks the charm. Might be the layout or the decor. Either way the staff is good and the movies are there. The only reason I go back now is for their popcorn. Once I invest in the machine, I won’t see any reason to return.
