Winter or summer this is a great park. The park is easily accessible off a major road and there is plenty of parking. There are public washrooms that are accessible for all. I visited here in the winter so there is a skating oval and trail that is family friendly. There is an indoor changing pavilion that is open from 9 am till 9 pm. In the summer there is a playground and trails available. There picnic tables for use also. It’s not a huge place but nice. Right in the Edmonton river valley to enjoy a little piece of nature.
Love coming here! Lots of room bathrooms close by lots of amenities and well taken care of grounds. One of our favorite parts to go to.

A great place for picnic and relaxing. It is a big, beautiful and huge area for walking and relaxing. They allow you to bring in bouncing castle for children and you can reserve the picnic sites.nThe only downside for me is the limited parking area compared to other parks like Kinsmen Park.nFor barbecue, there is a small store close by where you can get some stuffs though quite expensive as expected.nA great experience all the same.
