Victor Farmington Library

A great little library! Not a big selection but the staff is awesome! They also do stuff in the summer for kids which is nice. They use what they have.

Does what it says on the Tin. There's a large area for kids, with a few toys for the younger kids, and it has a variety of book sections. As with all OWLL libraries, it has inter-library loan to fill in the gaps.

I have lived in many different locations throughout NY and The United States and have not experienced a public library with such a small selection of materials. The Victor Library and the Finger Lakes OWWL Network is by far one of the worst library systems I have visited. The people are very nice and friendly and the facilities are clean and quiet but that does not compensate for the weak and abysmal selection. In my opinion, public libraries and library systems were designed to increase the knowledge base and culture of the local community, in this the Victor Free Library has failed. Fix it for the Community, Please!
