Hands down the best burger in the city! Homemade fresh patties, perfect seasoning, fresh topics, bacon, cheese and happiness! And the onion ring poutine is as good as it sounds! Greek salad shown here as I went two days in a row.

Easily the best burger and fries, or poutine, in downtown Winnipeg and the Exchange area. The Vicki's Favourite burger is a personal favourite as it gives you a double burger with bacon, cheese, chili and a range of other toppings. The full list is on the menu board and if you don't want one the very friendly staff with help you out when you order. The poutine is a generous size served with plenty of gravy and cheese. An important aspect is they also nail getting the fries right. Can't tell you how many times I have been to poutine focused places where they get the fries wrong.

The chilli was little more than over cooked ground beef sitting on top of the fries, it was so dry it was inedible, yet somehow there was a puddle of clear grease at the bottom of the container, water vapour maybe? The burger patty was half the size of the bun and every square inch was covered in huge chunks of raw onion, check out the picture! I can’t make this up, so nasty, I don’t know who told me this place was good but it clearly isn’t any more. After picking off most of the onions I finished the burger, but the fries I had to throw away, worst $15 spent on food ever.

Fantastic. I'm no food snob, but I it was fantastic. The buns were awesome compared to most places I have been. It wasn't super messy, no rivers of sauce. I forgot to grab fries and regret it. I have heard fantastic things about them. Will return.

Just received our order a few minutes ago, fries very undercooked, some still hard inside. Packages sideways so half the gravy from fries spilled out into bag, and we ordered an onion ring poutine and got onion rings, small bag of onion rings that had 6 onion rings in it for $9, never going back.

I’m not sure how this place has received so many positive reviews. Went as part of burger week for the $17 poutine burger. The burger was about the same size as a McDonald’s cheeseburger. No seasoning on anything. Also got a chili fry and found no seasoning on anything yet again. 1 small scoop of bland chili. Skip this place and make the walk to VJ’s. This is a huge miss.

Excellent burgers they taste great and the burger buns are soft!. Reasonable wait times with great service. A local favourite of mine! Great to come by during my lunch break!

not impressed at all with the fat boy.....it is not a real fat boy like a real greek fat boy, its half the size, just a regular hamburger bun, hardly any chili, or condiments. also had to ask for napkins....the burger was $7.35 without taxes. if you work downtown your better off going to the new Salsbury house, much more tasty and a little cheaper

Amazing! It doesn’t look like much from appearance, but my goodness is this place good. It’s simple but excellent. I met the owner on my most recent visit and she was an absolute sweetheart—makes it even that much better! I wish her a ton of success! Definitely try this place!!!

Got a Cheese burger and fries and it was amazing. Made changes as I prefer lettuce and mayo on my burger and I was for sure not disappointed. So yummy, going back and co-workers were jealous
