Viau Ford | St-Rémi | F150 Escape EcoSport Focus Transit Mustang

Purchased a used F150 about a year and a half ago and absolutely love it. I was recently stopped by the Police and was told that the window tint was illegal. I mentioned that i had bought it from the dealer like that and he told me to contact them to pay the ticket. I do understand that it is our responsibility to know the laws but would of really appreciated the opportunity to of known about it at the very least. When i contacted the customer service, i needed to follow-up several times, before i was told that the sales manager needed to contacted. I reached out and a couple days after calling received a call back. He told me that he was not aware of the situation and needed some time to look into it. Promised he would get back to me on the Friday i had called on the Wednesday. Two and a half weeks later - still no news. Needless to say i paid the ticket - BUYER beware of what you are buying, they will not stand behind what they sell you. - Hoping this helps change their approach to being upfront with the vehicle they sell. You sort of expect to buy a truck that is legal....

I got connected with Viau Ford through the CarGurus website when looking at a black used Ford F150 they had posted for sale on the website and called the phone number directly , and was directed to their salesman Francis Martin , I asked about the black F150 and it was still available , but he also told me about a blue one they just got that is a year younger and has less milage on it , and I looked it up on their website while we were on the phone together and it met all my requirements as to what I was looking for in a used truck and so I put a deposit on it over the phone sight unseen . I told him I would come there in a day or two to see it and take it for a run around the block just to confirm it's what I needed . Francis was very helpful in answering all the questions I had also with text communications and even printed out an English version of the owners manuel for me as the original one had gone missing , so 5 stars for Francis :- The dealership itself is more impressive than I imagined ! it's a large full service dealership , bright showroom for sales in the front , parts and service in the middle , and repairs at the back of the building , there may even be body work and spray painting back there too ? as I think I saw a spray booth ? . They've even managed to tuck in a little Bistro in the centre of the place - awesome :- . The used vehicles manager even helped out in suggesting an equipment rack solutions for the bed of the truck for my extension ladder , and referred a local company that will be very capable of getting me outfitted too :- So 5 stars also for Viau Ford ! if you're counting that's 10 and yes I did buy the 2017 blue Ford F150 ! and am very happy with it so far . For anyone reading this review , please keep in mind that this is my first Ford vehicle and experience with a dealership , but I do have a very good impression of the people and the company itself at Viau Ford in St Remi , Quebec . and it was well worth my going farther away from where I live in Montreal to see them , and I would recommend them too :-

I visited this dealership as they were the only ones to have Broncos in stock at the time. Salesman was happy to let us test drive it and offered to show other models.nOnce we sat down to discuss payments everything seemed off. We had 2 vehicles to potentially trade in and were offered pennies for them 8k for a jeep wrangler that was selling for 20+knTo be clear: I'm well aware dealers need to make a markup and can't offer anywhere near market value for a vehicle but he offered us 10k for both which 'magically' is the same amount as we wanted to put down as a deposit.nWhen we were shown the lease payments the math did not add up, the payments amounted to not having put down any deposit even though we agreed to 10k. It seems as though the salesman wanted that money for his commission. When I questioned him about the amounts and them not adding up properly he stopped all correspondence with us.

BE WARE!!! Very racist staff! Starting with manager Pascal who picks and chooses his customers according to his racial preference. They refused to sell me a car after seen me in person.
