Friendly service at the parts department

Very bad experience with service department today. Over a pair of wiper blades that were covered by maintenance plan. The ppl in the service department informed me that they had changed them when they clearly did not. When I returned they explained to me they do not have winter wiper blades which I had requested so they simply did not bother to replace them. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this dealer :

Never had any complaints... So far... Keep doing good work, I'll keep coming back.
