BEWARE !!nTruck went it for a airbag recall. This consists of removing the headliner and all associated plastic panels. Their techinicians lack the proper tools and/or experience to do the job properly. They mangled every plastic trim piece they touched by using screw drivers and picks to remove them instead of panel pullers 30$ for a nice kit They also left grease stains all over my headliner and sun visors from when they reinstalled it. Granted the headliner can be washed which they attempted to do. But they didnt even bother to lower my sun visor to clean all the grease stains they left on it and on the headliner in that area. Pictures attached are AFTER they attempted to clean it. I had to clean it myself. They brought in a plastic repair specialist which did absolutely nothing! I asked for them to change 2 of the plastic pieces which cost $350 to the customer dealer probably pays %50 THEY REFUSED. They think because my truck is not brand new model of the year its acceptable to damage the trim without any accountability! Their tecnichians damage your vehicle and they will not assume any responsibility. After 5 days of back and fourth and 3 visits to the dealership I have had enough and decided to post this review. Sad when you cannot even count on the dealership to do a job right.
I used to bring my car to another Jeep dealership but they never seemed to know how to fix the problem. They just kept charging me.nI brought it to Lestage and they always seem to know what the problem is. They even go to great lengths in explaining to me the problem.nOnly place I bring my Jeep.
Saw a 2015 Journey with a great price and decent KMS but it was not the color i could see myself driving. I was contacted by email in a decent professional manor follow up and a few days later a very polite lady called me to inquire in a non pushy way if I was still interested in this vehicle. As I explained the color was too close to a Koolaid color, we both chuckled and she understood the potential customer point of view. Sadly there is no other vehicle's under $10,000 but after this experience and how they present to sell a car with an 85 points and reconditioned by a qualified Dodge dealership I am most impressed. I walked away from a 2012 Ford Edge at another dealer that offered no pre-inspection or carfax or help me as it had no OEM rims or summer tires last owner sold them on the side obviously. Fingers crossed that I could one day find a car in my price range to purchase from Lestage Chrysler Dodge..
Great place, great service. Trustworthy dealer.
