The worse vet I have ever been to. I had a regular check up on Sept 3rd and my cat got an eye infection 2 days right after. I attempted to call Friday and Saturday and left a message Monday morning but no one called me back. It took several tries, calling the reception and the technicians and no one answered until my 7th attempt on my break at work. When I finally got ahold of them I explained my situation and the reception said "ok, what do you want us to do about it"? And she followed up by saying the next available appointment is in 3 weeks.

Having had very bad experiences elsewhere i am always gratefull for the wonderful staff and vets there, will definetly never go anywhere else prices are good, care is amazing, would recommend!

They are very kind and professional. My dog has been seeing her vet there for 14 years. The were there for her from the moment I got her at the age of 5weeks to the moment she passed away on April 1st. I highly recommend them.

Super personable, the vets are very calm and invested, don’t push unnecessary treatment on my kitty, and offer sound advice on how i can help without spending crazy money on special food or treatment!

The vets and staff who work here are very kind and it's really obvious they care about animals a lot. In my experience dogs are usually freaked out when going to the vet's office but my dogs are fine to just waltz right in. I only wish that they would have more appointments available sooner, they have a lot more clients since COVID and people started adopting more dogs, but it would be nice if they could adapt accordingly to the increased demand for appointments.

Had an appointment today 4/21/2022. Im not fluent in french so i must of misheard the secretary tell me 5:00pm instead of 3:00pm. I tried to get another appointment but was told i had to pay 30$ in advance since i missed this one. I was also told the next appointment would not be for another 3 weeks.

Welcoming staff and very nice layout. We went to open up a file after having adopted a cat from a refuge. The secretary, technicien and vet were all extremely gentle and competent. Examination was thorough and efficient. We were prescribed medication for my cat and it was readily available at the clinic. Pleasantly surprised by a follow up call from the vet to ask how my cat was doing very appreciated! Information received after the consult was easy to grasp, I wish we would have informed me on some of the side effects of the medication. I placed a call back to the clinic and they quickly answered all of my questions. Great place!
